By booking on our Website or by phone, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ALL GUESTS NEED TO CHECK IN FIRST ON ARRIVAL BEFORE PARKING UP.
Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.
Bookings
- You are encouraged to make your bookings online, where you can view our camp map and secure your site of choice if available. Website: www.moerakibouldersholidaypark.co.nz
- If calling, please have your credit/debit card ready. Payment will be taken and a confirmation sent via email. Groups, need to each make their own booking with payment and email details.
Check In
- Cabins – from 2:00 pm
- Powered & Unpowered sites – from 12:00 pm
Late Arrivals
- If arriving after 6:00 pm, contact the office (9:00 am – 6:00 pm). Calls go to voicemail after 6:00 pm. Failure to notify may result in missing out on free shower fobs/cards.
Departures
- Cabins – strictly 10:00 am. Vacate fully and return keys to the office.
- Powered and Unpowered Sites – 11:00 am
- Late check-out without approval may incur a penalty.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before arrival booking date.
- Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- The total value of the booking will be charged if cancellations are made less than 7 days before the booked arrival date.
- No refunds for early departure, late arrival, delays or booking errors.
- Cancellations must be in writing to [email protected]
- No-shows are charged 100% of the booking.
Property Damage and Theft
- Damage costs will be charged to the registered camper. Personal property is at your own risk.
Visitors
- Visitors must report to the office on arrival.
- Visitors are your responsibility and should leave by the agreed time (typically 4:00 pm).
Internet / WiFi
- Free for guests – SSID: Moeraki Park WIFI / Password: Summer2023
Noise / Conduct
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- No excessive noise, parties, or antisocial behaviour.
- Unacceptable behaviour may result in eviction without refund.
- No weapons, gang insignia, or illegal drugs permitted.
Children
- Must be supervised at all times.
Dogs
- No pets in buildings or cabins.
- Dogs must be on a leash (max 3m) at all times.
- Clean up after pets, including on the beach.
Emergencies
- Call 111 for Fire, Police, or Ambulance.
- Notify park managers as soon as possible.

- For minor first aid, contact the office or go to Oamaru Hospital.
Dump Station
- Located at the bottom gate near the beach.
Generators
- Allowed in unpowered Meadows area only. Max 2 hours on/off cycle between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Shower Blocks
- Located near the office. Closed daily for cleaning (approx. 1 hour). Use beach-end toilets during this time.
Laundry
- Coin operated – Wash: $3 ($1 coins), Dry: $4 ($2 coins)
- Do not enter if marked closed (staff use).
Lost Property
- No responsibility taken. Items can be held for pickup. Uncollected items donated after one month.
Rubbish and Recycling
- Bins located near kitchen, ablution block, and dump station.
- Sort waste correctly and wrap/bag food waste.
- No fish guts or seafood shells.
Boat and Trailer Washing
- Subject to water availability - check with management. Please conserve water.
Speed Limit
- 6 km/h (walking speed)
- One vehicle per site. No parking on driveways.
- Boat/trailer parking available near lower toilet block.
